Timothy Law, MD, is a colorectal surgeon at Sacramento Colon and Rectal Surgery Medical Group. He sees patients at the Carmichael and Roseville, California, offices.
In 2009, Dr. Law received his Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, with an emphasis on cellular and tissue engineering. He then attended medical school at Yale School of Medicine, graduating with his doctoral degree.
Dr. Law completed a residency in general surgery at the University of California, San Diego, in 2019. He completed a colon and rectal surgery fellowship at the UT Physicians Colon and Rectal Clinic – Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas, affiliated with the McGovern Medical School at UTHealth, in 2020.
Dr. Law’s interests are diverse. He is fully trained and facile in robotic and laparoscopic colorectal procedures for diverticulitis and cancer. He is interested in anorectal disorders, such as hemorrhoids, and is skilled in endoscopic interventions for colorectal polyps and screenings for colorectal cancer.
Dr. Law joined Sacramento Colon and Rectal Surgery Medical Group in May 2022.
